I was slightly dubious given some of the reviews on this page, but then there are always people who will find a reason to complain. These guys were attentive, they did everything I'd asked for and my Yorkie came out looking amazing. I will definitely be using them again, cannot recommend enough!

If you don’t collect your dog at the agreed collection time, there'll be an additional charge of £5 for every 30 minutes we hold your dog after the collection time stated on the grooming contract.
